Michael Jackson is loved by everyone. Everybody was in disbelief when the news first broke out that Michael Jackson was dead. Are you sure you got your facts right? I myself asked my writer friend, in disbelief. It seemed hard really to believe the news when just several days ago we were reporting his planned tour beginning in London.

When the hard truth sinked in, all of my friends including myself paused for a brief moment of prayer for the soul of the King of Pop.  Despite all the bad publicity attributed to Michael Jackson, we all felt a tangible loss.  He was our idol in everything that concerns pop.

And to show how Michael Jackson is loved by everyone, here are the statements of music greats about him.  This is what Madonna said;

“I can’t stop crying over the sad news. I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever! My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless.”

And from Justin Timberlake, this is what he said regarding the shocking death of Michael Jackson;

“I can’t find the words right now to express how deeply saddened I am by Michael’s passing. We have lost a genius and a true ambassador of not only Pop music, but of all music. He has been an inspiration to multiple generations and I will always cherish the moments I shared with him on stage and all of the things I learned about music from him and the time we spent together. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.”

Beyonce Knowles,  another musical great, describing how she felt with the sudden death of Michael Jackson and how lucky she was for being born during the time  of Michael Jackson and experiencing his magic;

“This is such a tragic loss and a terrible day. The incomparable Michael Jackson has made a bigger impact on music than any other artist in the history of music. He was magic. He was what we all strive to be. He will always be the king of pop! Life is not about how many breaths you take, but about how many moments in life that take your breath away. For anyone who has ever seen, felt, or heard his art, we are all honored to have been alive in this generation to experience the magic of Michael Jackson. I love you Michael.”

We can go on and on and on for so many tributes that can be said about Michael Jackson.  But considering the constraint of space, let me put forward the last statement coming from Britney Spears who was so excited  to watch Michael Jackson in London.

“I was so excited to see his show in London. We were going to be on tour in Europe at the same time and I was going to fly in to see him. He has been an inspiration throughout my entire life and I’m devastated he’s gone!”

These outpouring of sadness for the untimely death of the King of Pop is evident everywhere you go worldwide to include even in communist countries.  Simply stated, Michael Jackson is loved by everyone
